The Youth & Community Center of Monroe County (YCCMC) was conceived in October 2007, as part of a Leadership Bloomington project and has evolved into, what has become a wonderful resource for the youth and community of the Richland-Bean Blossom area.

The center serves, primarily, as an after school program for all area children ages 6 to 18. A $20 membership fee will provide access to most programming, as well as, transportation from all local schools - including Stinesville.

The YCCMC offers quality, research-based programming in a safe environment and continues to be run by friendly, talented and professional staff. Core programming coming from the Boys and Girls Clubs of Bloomington with "outreach" service provided by Girls Inc and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
